THE SYSTEM OF AWARDS

Prizes will be awarded for outstanding performance in academics, games, sports, hobbies & activities. 95% attendance is mandatory.

EXAMINATIONS

Evaluation is as important as teaching. There will be four Formative Assessments and two Summative Assessments in a year as per Academic Calendar. 95% attendance is mandatory to appear in exams.

SPECIAL CLASSES

Special coaching classes are conducted before and after school hours for weak and brilliant students. Nominal fees apply.

LEAVE SCHEDULE

1. Students absent the previous day require permission and fine of Rs. 20 per day.
2. No leave granted without prior application from parents.
3. Repeated absence may lead to name struck off from rolls.
4. Attendance mandatory after vacations.
5. Medical certificate required after infectious disease.

PARENTS TEACHER MEETING

Parents can meet teachers on working days within 30 minutes after school timing.

PRIVATE TUITION

Private tuition is discouraged. Guardians should consult the principal if special coaching is required.

SCHOOL TRANSPORT

1. Bus charges depend on distance.
2. Students must board and deboard safely.
3. Good conduct is mandatory while travelling.
4. One month notice required to withdraw transport facility.

UNIFORM

Students must wear prescribed uniform from KG to XII. Students without proper uniform are not allowed.
